All sales are final. We do NOT accept returns or cancellations. Due to every item being made to order. However, if there is something defective with your purchase please reach out and let us know.
If for some reason an exchange is agreed upon, the customer is responsible for return shipping.  

**We are not responsible for lost packages or wrong addresses. If you list your address incorrect and we are required to ship your item an additional time, we will send you a $5 charge to re ship. If you refuse to pay the re ship fee we will not, in turn, refund your original sale**
